- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to see doctor Ngai at the office on October 13th then went again on the 18th no antibiotics we’re prescribed for my son I spoke to doctor Kaplan there and explained I have been there now two times and stated my son is not well at all and I feel as a mothers instinct he needs antibiotics. Could not tell if dr Kaplan is a women or man but would not call in a prescription requested me to come back to the office Monday... most terrible inconsiderate no compensation for children kind of a doctor I am surprised he/she holds a job still.
